Future of ISM (2020)

Tuesday, 3 November 2020
0900 – 1700

Our vision is to establish a platform where people from different academic backgrounds can exchange knowledge and experiences to grow both professionally and personally. We want to create a positive and dynamic environment that promotes creativity, transferable skills and teamwork.

In this second edition of the Future of ISM, we will speak about Biosensors and Artificial Intelligence. Along with the ten great speakers that we have gathered, we welcome all graduate students and early stage researchers to attend the event and take part in it by presenting a poster showcasing their research. There will be ample time for questions and audience discussion following each presentation. The conference is free for everyone who wants to show their work or learn about the state of art on the thrilling fields of biosensor and artificial intelligence.

This event has been fully funded by the Scottish Universities Physics Alliance (https://www.supa.ac.uk/) and the the EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training in Intelligent Sensing and Measurement (https://www.cdt-ism.org/) In collaboration with: Machine Learning in Science, University of Edinburgh IEEE, AI Tech North and EPSRC.
